Miss Universe 2009 is twenty four hours away. Hundreds and thousands of people will be watching this show around the world. The grand finale will take place at the Atlantis, Paradise Island, Bahamas. NBC and Telemundo will do live telecast of the show at 9 PM ET. If you are living in South Asian countries you will be seeing the show in the morning of August 24, 2009. People in East Asia will see the show at dawn.

The grand finale of Miss Universe 2009 will take place at the Imperial Ballroom of the Atlantis Paradise Island. The Atlantis Paradise Island is a resort and water park located on Paradise Island, in the Bahamas. It was created by Sol Kerzner, a South African hotel businessman and Kerzner International Limited. The resort is voted to be the best and most beautiful vacation spot in the world. Paradise Island first opened the Coral Tower and Beach Towers. At that time, they were named Trump Plaza which was later changed to Atlantis after building the Royal Towers. The resort was shown in a movie named After the Sunset starring Salma Hayek and Pierce Brosnan.
