Swine Flu in India: Panic vs Reality

It seems to me that in India at this moment, many people are very afraid of the possible impact of Swine Flu. Many people have become very scared and panic is spreading many parts of the country. In some of the big cities, life has come to a halt because of the panic. For example, in the capital city new Delhi, many people are wearing masks despite the fact that there has been no casualty from this flu.

Indian government is now trying to tackle the situation and has arranged testing facilities to detect the disease. However, most people are not assured and they’re worried that they may die. I think that the media has a very important role to play at this moment or else it can become a very bad thing for the Indian economy.

If you are in home today, then you can enjoy Everton VS Arsenal match in your television tonight.
