Today, it was the day of eating a single meal. I ate lunch that consisted of 8 Roti, 4 Piyaju and some potato fry. I also drank two glass of watermelon juice. Except them, I just drank water. I feel better in my health and the best part is that I am today 104 KG. So, I am hoping that by next Friday I will go to 102 KG. Of course, now, I have to try to eat just single meal for the next 6-7 days. Only then, I can go to 102 KG. I have to go to 100 KG as soon as possible and then give a real push for decreasing weight.
