Dharamshala Cricket Stadium to host IPL Cricket Matches

Dharamshala is famous as the residence of Dalai Lama and exiled government of Tibet. It is normally a quiet city but today, Dharamshala Cricket Stadium will be the place for an IPL match between Kings XI Punjab vs Deccan Chargers. So, naturally, a lot of people are now curious about it and want to know more.
The stadium is also known as HPCA Stadium (Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association Stadium) but since it is situated in the city of Dharamshala, it is more famous with the name of the city. Anyway, nearly 21,000 people will be able to enjoy the match. The pitch should provide some assistance to fast bowlers.
This will be perhaps a welcome break for IPL as these days IPL is coming in the media headlines for the controversy of Kochi franchise. Lalit Modi will most probably not be present at Dharamshala today. However, if Dalai Lama comes then it will be a good attraction for the players and the spectators and TV viewers.
Dharamshala Cricket Stadium is perhaps the most beautiful stadium in India. Behind it, there are mountain peaks that are covered with snow. The city itself is a great tourist attraction.
