Aamir Khan attended his assistant’s wedding ceremony at a village

In Bollywood, Aamir Khan, is known for his astute sense of professionalism. He is also very helpful to the people who work with him.

Recently, the Bollywood superstar cancelled all his schedules and attended the marriage ceremony of his Man Friday Sudhakar Gowda (27) at Channarayapatna, a small town in Karnataka on May 24, 2010.

Aamir Khan reached there on Sunday evening along with his wife, Kiran Rao, and the in-laws on the evening of May 23, 2010 and stayed at the groom’s residence at Cholenahalli village.

News of Aamir Khan coming to the village to attend the wedding spread like wild fire and the entire village people came to the wedding to get a glimpse of their favorite Bollywood superstar. They wanted to take pictures with Aamir Khan and he happily gave into their demand.

Aamir Khan even ate the traditional food, ragi roti and chutney. His wife, Kiran

also participated in several events of the marriage.

Sudhakar Gowda’s father, Kusha Gowda and his twin brother, Lava Gowda, came to Mumbai, when they were eight-year-old and worked as spot boys. Since 2000, they have been working with Aamir Khan’s Production House as production property and spot boys incharge. Their first movie with Aamir Khan was Lagaan: Once Upon a Time in India.

Kusha Gowda was very happy with Aamir Khan, he said, “The superstar treats my son and me like his family members. He has gifted a flat in Mumbai to my son,”

What is more interesting was that Aamir Khan even helped Sudhakar in his marriage. He talked with his in laws. Sudhakar said, “I was in love with Mamatha for long and when Khan came to know about it, he promised to convince my in-laws .”

Aamir Khan gifted silk sarees and gold ornaments to the bride Mamatha.

Even the media people in the town were not aware of this incident. They rushed to the marriage hall to shoot the couple.
