All 30 students of Super 30, a free coaching center, have cracked the entrance test of IIT this year.
Anand Kumar, the director-founder of the institute is very happy over the students’ performance. He said, “All the 30 students have cleared IIT-JEE……We will try to arrange loans for the education of the poor students who qualified for IITs,"
He also said that the coaching center will try to arrange full scholarships for its students.
Shubham Kumar Gautam, one of the students of the institute. His father is a poor farmer in Nalanda and earned less than Rs.2,500 per month. Gautam said that he would not be able to get into IIT if Super 30 had not helped him.
Super 30 is an Indian educational program created by “Ramanujan School of Mathematics” established by Anand Kumar. The programme was initiated in 2002 under which thirty talented students from a poor family background are groom them to sit for the IIT JEE exam.

Anand Kumar himself was a highly talented student and got the opportunity to study in
Kumar, along with Indian Police Service Officer Abhayanand, started the Super 30 programme in 2002 but Abhayanand quit Super 30 in 2008. That year, all the 30 students coached by the Super 30 passed the IIT JEE exam. In 2009, the center observed 100% success. In the last seven years, the center coached 210 students and out of them 182 made it to the IIT.
