Candidates will be on a probation period of two years. People with disabilities will have to work in posts identified by the authority as suitable for them.
Candidates have to be either citizens of India, or subject of Nepal or subject of Bhutan or a Tibetan refugee who came to India prior to Jaunary 1, 1962 or a person who migrated from Pakistan, Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
The bank is also inviting applications for 1000 probationary clerks and 426 specialist officers.
