List of Live TV Channels for India vs Sri Lanka Test Series 2010

India and Sri Lanka are going to face each other in a 3-match test series starting from 18 July with the first test being kicked off at Galle. The next two matches will be held at the Sinhalese Sports Club ground and P. Sara Oval stadium respectively in the Sri Lankan capital Colombo.

Cricket fans of both sides are expecting a highly entertaining affair between the two sides. India was defeated by host Sri Lanka 2-1 in 2008, but the Indians took revenge in 2009 defeating Sri Lanka 2-0 at home.

Sri Lanka may have some home advantage, but given the fact that India is used to playing at the same condition back home, it seems Sri Lanka may not have a considerable edge over the visitors. Both sides have some quality players who would like to dominate over the oppositions and pull the string for their teams.

Sri Lanka would look to emulate their 2008 success, while India would try to continue their recent good performance in test cricket. There is another reason this test is significance. Sri Lanka’s legendary off-spinner Muttiah Muralitharan is going to retire from test cricket after the end of the first test at Galle. Muralitharan is the leading wicket taker in both test and ODI formats of the game. In test cricket, he needs 8 more wickets to reach the landmark of 800 wickets.
