Will Cesc Fabregas be able to Play in the Spain vs Netherlands Final Match?

In World Cup 2010, millions of TV fans around the world have consistently seen Cesc Fabregas in a new position- the reserve bench. The player himself is unhappy and frustrated about this matter is desperate to play in the first eleven in the Spain vs Netherlands final match.
Last season, Cesc Fabregas played in EPL as the captain of Arsenal football club. Arsenal has huge fan following in many countries in the world especially in Asia. The place of Fabregas in the first eleven was never in doubt.
In fact, whenever, he got injured, all the fans got worried. On an occasion or two, Fabregas had to play despite not being fit 100%. So, all of a sudden, fans are shocked to see Fabregas not featuring in the first eleven in any of the 6 matches of Spain in South Africa 2010.
Fabregas himself is frustrated about it and he wrote in a column for the Sun, "I can't deny it has hurt not to be in Spain's starting line-ups throughout this tournament.
But I only have to look at our incredible players - and especially our midfielders - to realise I'm so honoured to be part of this magnificent Spanish side.
Of course I believe I can play a part in making history for our country, which has never won a World Cup before."

All his fans have the same wish- let Fabregas play in the final match.
