Lemon iT717: The new entry-level smartphone in India

Lemon Mobiles, a subsidiary of Fastrack Communications Pvt. Ltd, released its latest low-end touchscreen handset Lemon iT717. The slim and stylish iT 717 is a dual-SIM Quadband phone supporting GSM networks. The phone is priced at Rs.4,499.

The iT717 measures 101.4 mm x 49.5 mm x 15.5mm and weighs 100 gm with battery. The phone has a 3 inch TFT touchscreen.

The phone has a 3.2 megapixel camera. Multimedia features include MIDI, MP3, AMR supported ringtones, MP3 player, video player and recorder, FM radio, voice recorder, and Java.

The Lemon iT717 has 20 MB integrated memory which can be expanded up to 8 GB via microSD card. The phonebook can hold up to 2000 entries and 500 SMS messages.

I/O port includes 3.5 mm headphone jack and USB port.

The phone is powered by an 1100 mAh with a talk time of 5 hours and a standby time of 8 days.

Other features include Bluetooth, GPRS/WAP, MMS, PC Synchronization, alarm clock, world clock, stopwatch, calculator, and magic shaker. The phone also has pre-loaded applications such as Nimbuzz Instant messenger, Gtalk, MSN, Yahoo and AOL.
