Happy Birthday: Akshay Kumar turns 42 this year

On September 9, 2009, our very favorite Rajiv Hari Om Bhatia aka Akshay Kumar has become forty two year old. Happy Birthday to Akshay Kumar. Currently, Bollywood's top hero, Akshay was busy shooting Sajid Nadiadwala’s Housefull in Italy. He returned to Mumbai last night to celebrate his birthday with his family. Akshay Kumar’s wife, Twinkle, arranged a birthday party for her husband which will be attended by Akshay Kumar’s close friends. A reliable source informed One India:

"Akshay is very excited about this birthday as it is on an auspicious date 09.09.09. He is excited. He was in Italy shooting for Housefull , and producer Sajid Nadiadwala shot double shifts so that Akki could complete his film faster and rush back for the party his wife was planning back home. Sajid had a small bash for the birthday boy at their hotel in Puglia (Italy). The guests had pastries instead of cake as they couldn't get a proper one there."

Akshay Kumar believes that he was born on a very lucky day. He considers the number “9” to be his lucky number. All his car plates have number 9 and he has some “T-shirts” with number 9 on them. He also likes to release his films on the 9th of every month. Even distributors of Hollywood movie titled “9” approached him to launch an online game based on the movie.
