Aamir Khan motivates people to lose weight and become healthy

Fat and obesity are becoming the biggest problem for people these days. Many people spend long hours sitting on desk and eat junk food. They do not engage in any kind of exercise or physical activities.

Aamir Khan is now looking forward to form a group of followers in the Facebook who would get slim along with him in three months.

Aamir Khan may be in his 40s but he is one of the most physically fit actors in Bollywood. In 2008, the actor flaunted his six pack abs in superhit Ghajini. Then again he had to lose his muscles to play the character of a geeky undergrad student in 3 Idiots.

Now, Aamir Khan is again planning to become fit. The actor has started his weight loss program and invited his fans on Facebook to join him. Aamir Khan also wrote a long post titled, “Let’s live healthy,” on his official blog.

Aamir Khan said, “Visited my dietician today. I really need to get back into shape. So Monday onwards back to my diet and workout. Hey, why don’t those of you who want to, join me in this. Every day we post a report of whether we were able to stick to the diet, and whether we hit the gym. How does that sound?”

He also proposed his fans to post their photos before and after losing weight and by the end of three months they would become “one hell of a fit bunch.”

Khan posted his diet chart on his blog. He also discussed about his knowledge about physical fitness. He said that three things are most important if a person wants to lose weight- healthy and balanced diet, exercise and rest. Out of these, healthy and balanced diet healthy and balanced diet is the most important.
