CEEP Results 2010 is Announced Online

Mopidevi Venkata Ramana, Technical Education Minister, announced the results of Common Entrance Examination for admission into Polytechnics (CEEP 2010) Rank card in Andhra Pradesh.

Andhra Pradesh is the fourth largest state of India in terms of area and fifth largest in terms of population. Hyderabad its capital city and also the largest city. It lies between Andhra Pradesh lies between 12°41' and 22°N latitude and 77° and 84°40'E longitude. Located on the south-eastern coast of India the state also possesses the longest coast line among all the states in India.

Andhra Pradesh is bordered by Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, Orissa, the Bay of Bengal, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka. Two rivers- the Godavari and the Krishna run across the state.

Historically, Andhra Pradesh is known as the “Rice Bowl of India.” Rice accounts for 77% of its crop production. In 2006, the state produced 17,796,000 tonnes of rice.

Andhra Pradesh was formed by merging Telugu speaking areas of Hydera and other areas of the Madras Presidency where Telugu speakers are the majority on November 1, 1956.
