No Ticket Available for England vs Mexico Match 2010

The upcoming international friendly between England and Mexico is going to be a sold-out affair. All the tickets for the match have been sold out. The match will take place on 24 May the Wembley Stadium in London.

England team is now busy with their altitude preparation in Austria and will come back to London just 24 hours before the kick off. After the match, England will again go back to Austria where they will prepare for the friendly match against Japan on 30 May. On 1 June, coach Fabio Capello will announce England’s 23-man final squad for the FIFA World Cup 2010.

The match against Mexico is the last home game for England before heading to South Africa for their world cup mission. So, Three Lions fans are eagerly waiting for the Mexico match, and that is visible in FA’s confirmation that all the tickets have been sold out. However, fans can still check out other online ticket selling sites or in-person sales.

The Mexico match is a big opportunity for Fabio Capello to observe the current condition of Ledley King and Jamie Carragher. Both the players last played for England way back in 2007. Moreover, the coach will also be looking to sort out other things related to the squad and formation.

  4. its going to be a tough game for both squads.. both teams are strong in defense, mexico coming from over 360 minutes without being scored on. Good luck both

  5. Mexico is a World Class Team But i think it will be a Tie.

  6. England should win 2-0.. mexico's defense is solid against concacaf, asian and african teams but when it's faced against decent teams it's just an average defense. Their attack is very weak, so i just dont see them scoring on the england defense, if they do most likely it would be due to a defensive or goalkeeper dumb mistake.

  7. Haha Mexico is a solid squad the fool that believes Mexico's defense is weak against european teams is an idiot most of there defenders play in europe including the captain Rafa Marquez who is a world class starter for Barcelona. Mexico has some of the most promising upcoming young players including Carlos Vela who plays for Arsenal and Javier Hernandez who recently got picked up by Manchester United. That's not including Andres Guardado who is a key player for Deportivo La Coruna. You are an idiot and dont know shit about soccer or futbol which ever you prefer homo.

  9. i think that mexico squad its very dangerous team, all the team have a lot of hungry of victory and a lot of experience and young players so that make a contrast that our squad dont have, i dont know javer hernandez, i have seen a lot of good goals of this young player and of course carlos vela, i think that he is an excelent player that can get higher levels than a lot of england strikers, don,t forget about giovani dossantos also a young star.

  11. Hey who ever said Marquez is a world class started is wrong!!!! I do believe Mexico can beat England but lets not make stuff up just for the sake of argument. The reality is that Mexicos current defense has not been put to the test yet

  14. Mexico is good but needs improvement reason why they have won all their last few matches is because they haven't given them a challenge no doubt England is a tough opponent but they probably need something better some more world class no shitty teams

  17. Mexico han't played with the squad they're bringing to England. This could pose a problem for communication, although Vela and Hernandez work well together and I believe Hernandez on fire will be unstoppable. Hes too fast, and he gets 2 feet over defenders on headers. Hes are future. No doubt England fans will be surprised by him,and the English will be chanting Chicharito as much as in Mexico. Go Mexico!!!! By the way, I'm dating an English woman and my flag hangs in the wind, so you know I got my hands shaking for this one!

  18. National parade day for winning against England? Are u kidding? Mexico has beaten Brazil in Official tournaments. (Last in the Cup America 2-0 in 2008) And not everybody remembers it in Mexico. We're not a third class team. Only 4 teams in the world have been in the 2nd round of the World Cup four years in a row. And Mexico is one of those.

  19. It will be a boring match, no one wants to get injured, there will be lot of changes in the formation of both squads throughout the match.
England is a very strong team in all positions.
England will win against Mexico (2-0).

  23. gonna be a cracker of a match-
England-3 Mexico -2 England is to strong and Mexico is so young
Mexico is under rated. And will be a force in 2014 no doubt because of thier core players being 24-27 in 2014

    vela- arsenal
    dos Santos- tottenham
    hernandez- Manchester united
    guile Franco- west ham united
    Johnathan dos Santos - Barcelona
    rodriguez- psv
    moreno- az alkmaar
    osorio- stutghart
    salcido- psv
    Marquez- Barcelona
    guardado- deportivo la coruna
they got alot players in Europe and on good teams and strong leagues

  24. Like someone else said Mexico has defeated greats like Argentina and brazil both in official FIFA games. The game against England serves more as a very good pre world cup match but if we win it won't be any holiday. Also Mexico tends to play alot better when faced with togher opposition if not ask the Italians in 2002.

  26. Before post my comment I did my homework and investigate the Mexican team, and I find interesting things, many of his players play in Europe, they are the third team most important of America, they were world champions in the category sub 17, and great part of this players are the near rival of England this May 24th and those who were taking part in sudafrica world cup. Conclusion this going to be an excellent game and I really think the victory be going to the Mexican side. Att.George
