Sony Cybershot DSC-W380 in India: Price and specifications

Sony first unveiled its Cyber-shot DSC-W380 camera at the CES 2010. It is a point-and-shoot camera. The main weakness of point-and-shoot cameras is that they can not take high quality pictures. The Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W380 does not have this problem.

Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W380 is a 14.1 megapixel camera which means it can take high quality pictures. The lens has 5x optical zoom with 24 mm wide angle which is ideal for group shots or landscape pictures. It can also take pictures in low light environment. The Sony Cyber-Shot W380 can play HD video clips with stereo sounds @ 30 fps. The camera sports a 2.7" LCD screen which offers great viewing angles.

The Cyber-Shot W380 comes with power BIONZ processor which ensures quality pictures.

One of the interesting features of the camera is Sweep Panorama. Press the shutter and sweep the camera and it would automatically combine the images to create a panoramic picture. The camera is available in silver, black, red and gold color.
