New Motoyuva phones: WX181, WX260, WX265, WX290 and the WX295

Motorola, the famous American mobile handset producer, launched five new entry-level handsets in India under its MOTOYUVA brand. The price of the handsets WX181, WX260, WX265, WX290 and the WX295 range from Rs.1,290 to Rs.2,890.

First, lets talk about the MotoWX181. The candy bar shaped phone measures 46 mm x 108 mm x 14.8 mm and weighs 83g. Powered by a 750 mAh Lit-Ion batter, the phone has a talk time of 180-540 mins and a standby time of 220-380 hours. It has a 1.5 inch 65k CSTN display with 128x128 pixels.

The MotoWX290 is a candy bar shaped phone with FM Radio, camera, 1.8 inch TFT screen supporting 65k colors, and 128x 160 pixels. WX290’s memory can be expanded up to 2GB via MicroSD and can store up to 800 contacts.

The MotoWX260 is another candybar phone sporting a 1.8 inch TFT display with 65k colors and 128x160 pixels resolution. The phone supports GSM 900/1800 network. Its memory can be expanded up to 2GB and can store 800 contacts and up to 500 SMS messages. The phone is powered by 750 mAh Lit-Ion battery and talk time ranges from 180 to 480 minutes. The phone has a standby time of 420-620 hours.

MotoWX265 is a flip phone that supports GSM 900/1800. It can store up to 800 entries and 500 SMS messages, memory can be expanded up to 2GB via MicroSD. Other features include FM Radio, BLUETOOTH, MMS. The phone’s talk time ranges from 180 minutes to 480 minutes and standby time up to 620 hours.

Finally, the Moto WX295 flip phone measures 46.5mmx 96mmx16.65 mm and weighs 83gm. It comes with an 1.8 inch TFT screen with 65k color and 126x160 pixel resolution.
