Brittany Murphy funeral to be Held on Christmas Eve

For Brittany Murphy fans, Christmas 2009 Eve will not bring any joy as her funeral will take place on that time. Details of funeral ceremony are sketchy. RadarOnline.com broke the news and the website also stated that it will be totally a private ceremony. The funeral will take place at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Hollywood Hills. It seems that her father might no have been invited. I am not sure about the reason but if he is not invited then it will surely be a sad matter for the father. Well, the father did not have any relationship with Brittany Murphy and her mother for many years and this is perhaps the reason.

Anyway, I am happy that it is a private ceremony. On the other hand, I also wish that the fans could have an opportunity to express their sadness.

Britney Murphy death cause: Natural or Something Else?

The death of Britney Murphy has caused a lot of sadness among his fans. Many people are finding it hard to believe that such a young and apparently healthy looking person could die this way. Naturally, there are a lot of speculations among people about Britney Murphy death cause. It was earlier reported that she died a natural death and cardiac arrest was the cause of her death. The police and coroner's officials did not find anything unusual until now. However, since Britney Murphy death has sparked a lot of speculations, they are going to carry out an autopsy on the dead body.

Reuters reported:

Police and coroner's officials said no foul play is suspected in the actress's cardiac arrest on Sunday morning in the bathroom of her Hollywood Hills home.

Assistant Coroner Ed Winter said initial reports showed the "Clueless" actress' death may have resulted from heart-related causes but said the autopsy would include toxicology tests. Results will not be known for six to eight weeks.

So, we will have to wait another 6-8 weeks to know the real cause of Britney Murphy death. Well, I wish that the people and the reporters show some self restraint about the whole issue and let the experts carry out their job. A lot of media attention about her death would only hurt his family members and friends at this point of time. 

Hollywood actress Brittany Murphy died a tragic early death

Talented American actress and singer, Brittany Murphy, died on December 20, 2009, at the age of 32. Ed Winter, assistant chief coroner, Los Angeles County, said that the actress collapsed in the bathroom but the death was not unnatural. He also said that it would take some time to determine “an official cause of death.” The New York Times reports:

The Los Angeles Fire Department responded to a call at 8 a.m. Sunday at the home that Ms. Murphy shared with her husband, Simon Monjack, a British screenwriter, in West Hollywood. Ms. Murphy was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead at 10:04 a.m. Sunday, said Sally Stewart, a spokeswoman for the hospital.

Brittany Murphy was born in Atlanta, Georgia on November 10, 1977. Her mother played a big role in her acting career. Brittany Murphy started her acting career at the age of 14 by acting in a Fox TV series, Drexell's Class which was aired in between 1991 and 1992. Her other major TV series include- Sister, Sister; Party of Five; and Boy Meets World.

Brittany Murphy acted in many successful movies including Clueless (1995); Girl, Interrupted (1999); Drop Dead Gorgeous (1999); Don't Say a Word (2001); The Devil's Arithmetic (2001); 8 Mile (2002) and Uptown Girls (2003). In June 2006, Murphy teamed up with dance musician, Paul Oakenfold and released “Faster Kill Pussycat” which became a club hit and number one on Billboard’s Hot Dance Club Play chart.
