Roger Federer and Lleyton Hewitt are going to face each other in the third round match of the ongoing US Open 2009 tournament. Both the players met each other on 22 occasions on the court and this would be their 23rd meeting. However, this is going to be the first time they will be meeting each other as fathers. Federer became a father of twin-girls just about a month ago. Hewitt is also a father of two.
Though both of them are fierce rivals on the court, they have a very friendly relationship off the court. Hewitt defeated Federer in all of their first seven matches, but since then Hewitt could not win any more game against the Swiss star. Now, let us see if Federer can continue his winning run against Hewitt as a father too.
