Popular Bollywood actor Aamir Khan said that education is the only way to change the world, but for that, teachers should have better pay scale. Recently, he revealed his views regarding education system at the first anniversary of Forbes
Aamir Khan, whose recent movies 'Taare Zameen Par' and '3 Idiots' deal with the current education system of India, believes that most of the people take up teaching as their profession only when they do not get any other suitable job somewhere else. This way, he thinks, the quality of education system deteriorates.
To Aamir, the only reason behind people’s reluctance to join teaching profession is its low pay scale. So, he suggested that teaching jobs should be highest paying so that students after completion of their studies get the motivation to get into teaching.
Aamir Khan, who is seen as a responsible teacher in 'Taare Zameen Par', says that students should be motivated to acquire knowledge, instead of creating pressure on them.
