yes we as indians need to invest more in the sri lankan market mainly for several reasons.
ReplyDelete1)The sri lankan market is the fastest growing market in the south east asian region. and an unimaginable development of infrastructure is taking place just one year in to peace.
2)Physically it is very close to our motherland and has no restrictions for any form bilateral trade.
3)Sri lanka has lots of potential for growth in the technology industry and motor vehicle industry.
4)GDP per capita is the highest in the south east asian region meaning people are willing to spend more on goods and services.
5)China is already the biggest investor in the island nation and are reaping the benefits before we the nearest could even think
6)Sri lanka is economically and militarily very stable compared to many neighbouring nations
So don't tell that i never warned you =)
